808 Adhesive is specialized for bonding between waterproof material backing PVC and concrete surface, steel and other materials, with moderate viscosity, long operation time, high bonding strength, and has a wide range of applications in the waterproof industry.

Methods used
1. When bonding, the coil and the base surface must be clean, dry, dust free and oil free. And the foundation must be strong and firm. The foundation surface with coating and composite surface must be tested in advance, and then the construction technology is determined according to the test results.
2. Before use, stir the glue until evenly.
3. Brush the adhesive liquid on the bonding part. Both the coil and the base surface should be coated with adhesive. For large area gluing, it is recommended to use scraper gluing, and for corner and small area construction, it is recommended to use brush gluing.
4. When the surface of the adhesive layer is not sticky to hands, immediately bond and press firmly.
5. In theory, when the room temperature is 25ºC and the relative humidity is 55-75%, it should be hung for 10-20 minutes. When the adhesive surface is hung until the hand is not sticky, it should be glued to ensure that the adhesion is firm. The specific situation is determined according to the construction environment and the preliminary test results.
6. Theoretical usage is 0.4-0.5Kg/m².
