ShanQuan MS-1955 Silane Modified Sealant

 

ShanQuan Ms-1955 is a medium strength, medium modulus, sealing type silane modified sealant, room temperature moisture curing, good thixotropy, extensive bonding substrate, strong resistance to displacement deformation, excellent weather resistance.

Application

Suitable for cars, buses, ships, containers, tunnels, rail transit, dam prevention, nuclear power plants, airport runways, houses, viaducts, flood control walls and other fields, suitable for general strength structure bonding and sealing. Applicable substrates include aluminum-plastic panels, marble, wood, concrete, PVC injection molded parts, glass, fiberglass, steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy (including after painting).

 

Direction for use
The bonding surface should be clean, dry, and free of grease and dust. If there is easy peeling rust on the surface, it should
be removed with a metal brush in advance. If necessary, the surface can be wiped with an organic solvent such as acetones.
Depending on the base material and preliminary test results, decide whether to use matching activator and/or primer, and apply according to its technical instructions.


Application
Cartridge: Open the easy-open cover at the back, pierce the film at the mouth of the tube, screw on the matching glue nozzle, and load the glue into the hard packaging glue gun;
Sausage: Put the glue into the soft packaging glue gun and cut off the sealing mouth, attach the matching glue nozzle, and tighten the gun cover;
Barrel packaging: depends on the glue extrusion pump and glue coating equipment;
According to the construction requirements, the glue nozzle is cut into triangles or circles, and glue can be applied in spots
or strips. It must be installed and positioned within the glue surface drying time.
