The bonding surface should be clean, dry, free of grease and dust. If the surface is easy to flake rust, should be removed with a metal brush in advance, if necessary, can also be used to wipe the surface with organic solvents such as acetone. According to the different substrate and the preliminary test results, decide whether to choose a matching activator and (or) primer, and refer to its technical instructions for brushing.
Hard packaging: pull back the easy to pull cover, Pierce the film at the mouth of the cylinder, screw on the matching rubber nozzle, and put the glue into the hard packaging glue gun; Flexible packaging: Put the glue into the flexible packaging glue gun and cut off the seal, attach the matching rubber nozzle, and tighten the muzzle cover; Drum packaging: depends on the extruding pump and gluing equipment; According to sizing requirements, the glue nozzle is cut into a triangle, round and other suitable shape, can be point or strip sizing, and must be installed and positioned within the dry time of the sealant surface or finish the scraping, wiping and finishing work.
When the ambient temperature is lower than 10ºC or the glue production speed cannot meet the process requirements, it is recommended to bake the supporting glue in the oven at 40ºC~60ºC for 1h~3h, and it is recommended to keep the continuous heating of the large drum rubber at about 40ºC~60ºC. If the adhesive parts are heavy, use auxiliary tools (tape, positioning block, bandage, etc.) to locate the parts after sizing. To ensure the beauty of caulking, it is recommended to attach protective tape before gluing. The rubber table can be painted after drying, and the compatibility test should be done before painting. In order to ensure a good bonding sealing effect and the compatibility of the product with the substrate, the actual substrate should be tested in the corresponding environment in advance.
